This means that regulatory requirements, customer demands, internal factors, and operational processes are all part of our daily monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Guaranteed Accurate Compensation
Every product that arrives at Inrego is assigned a unique device ID and registered digitally. Our technicians then inspect and test each unit across more than a hundred checkpoints. Thanks to our detailed grading system, you receive a transparent and nuanced report for every buyback transaction made in partnership with Inrego. Through our customer portal, you can view any defects identified via our status codes. These codes form the basis for the final compensation amount, which is adjusted from the current market price.
World-Class Information Security
All IT products sent to Inrego for refurbishment go through a rigorous testing and data erasure process. Data is wiped using third-party certified software (Blancco), and any devices that cannot be erased via software are sent for physical destruction in accordance with ISO/IEC 21964 standards. Once your products have been processed, you receive a clear erasure certificate ensuring that no data can be recovered.
Asset transport to and from Inrego is carried out using secure cabinets. Upon request, we can also provide GPS tracking of vehicles and video surveillance during transport and docking. Our logistics partners comply with NSAB 2015 regulations, and background checks are performed on all drivers.

In 2024, a JAC audit was conducted at Inrego. We were awarded an “A – Excellent” rating across all audit areas by leading telecom operators including Telia, Telenor, Vodafone, and around 20 other major international players.
